Solokit is an AI-powered Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform designed for individual entrepreneurs and startups, providing website GEO optimization analysis, content visibility enhancement, keyword generation, and website performance monitoring services. We are committed to helping small and medium businesses achieve better visibility in emerging AI search engines and traditional search engines.

To use certain features of the Service, you need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account information and for all activities that occur through your account. Please keep your login credentials secure.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and not to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe on others' intellectual property rights; (c) distribute malware or conduct cyber attacks; (d) attempt unauthorized access to our systems; (e) use for large-scale spam distribution.

The Service and all its content, features, and technology are owned by Solokit or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may use generated content for your own business purposes, but may not copy, modify, or distribute our service itself.

We strive to maintain continuous service availability with a target of 99.5% uptime. We may temporarily interrupt the Service for maintenance, updates, or other technical reasons, and will provide advance notice. For unplanned outages, we will restore service as quickly as possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solokit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Considering we primarily serve small businesses, our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the relevant event, with a maximum of $150 USD.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users 30 days in advance via email or in-service notifications. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend that you regularly review this page for the latest terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of the Terms of Service or other reasonable grounds, but will provide reasonable notice and appeal opportunities. You may also stop using our Service at any time. Upon account termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms will first be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if negotiation fails, may be submitted to the People's Court of Chaoyang District, Beijing for resolution.
