Content Studio
Start from a topic, then outline, research, write, and SEO
Content management is now a production SEO/GEO workbench. The main path is:
Topic (single / Excel) β start (SEO or GEO) β outline β approve research β write β SEO meta β review library / Word export
Hard rules:
- Articles cannot be created blank; they start from a topic
- The research pack must be approved before writing
- SEO and GEO cannot be mixed; at most two chains on the same track
- Practical / exclusive / list frameworks need at least one brand section; knowledge-system allows zero
- Brand name comes from the team site or team name; the UI never shows the words βbrand sectionβ
- Demo results still persist when no model or retrieval is configured
Isolation follows the current team. Leads (owner/admin/manager) enter topics and assign editors; editors only see items assigned to them.
Overview
- Topic desk: title + keyword + optional extra prompt, with Excel import
- Four-stage creation: editable outline tree, coverage research, streamed body, SEO fields
- Studio drafts: filter by status/title/keyword, continue or open detail
- Review library: existing review, publish, and distribution
- Word export: title, SEO fields, and body only
